DSM DANCE WITH LYNNE was founded in 2013 when I took over my local FitSteps class. I'd been looking for a fitness class and was not enjoying gym sessions and loved FITSTEPS. Being a massive Strictly fan, the idea of learning all the Latin  and Ballroom dances you see on tv was irresistible . I did the training in both FitSteps and FitSteps FAB which is a low impact version ...great for those who want to avoid jumping or prefer a slower paced class. I have been lucky enough to win 3 Fitsteps awards and we are always excited to visit The Blackpool Tower Ballroom to dance with Ian Waite, co creator of FitSteps and our FitSteps family from across the country.

In 2020, I wanted to expand the business and was found BROADWAY BOOGIE. As a former stage manager, it was a way to bring my love of Musical Theatre into our sessions. This classes are high energy and lots of fun.

I am a advocate of good mental health as well as physical and am a first aider in both. Supporting other instructors in the fitness industry is my passion and I love promoting the community and  social side of fitness.
